Yep! You guessed it!!! Anne Pearce slept all night. She did wake up a few times and whimper, but she put herself back to sleep. We never even had to go in the room!!! SLEEP= PURE BLISS!!! She went down at 9:00 last night and slept until 8:00 this morning!!! WHOOO HOOO. Now mommy has to get used to sleeping again. My body seems to be on the same schedule as hers was. I couldn't fall asleep myself until after midnight. It may not have helped that I am a Harry Potter lunatic and had the last book! Don't tell me anything about it if you know what happens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, things are better at our house this morning. You know I'll keep you updated!

the last two nights were not happy in our house either. I am hoping last night we turned a corner and it will get better each night now!

I love how the other day I was so confident in telling you that Ellie was going down with some rocking, and a pat on the back, I spoke to soon...the last two night it has been crazy, tonight peaking with both kids screaming off and on from 8:30-11pm. Oh the joy. I just keep telling my self that I waited 13 months for this I am going to enjoy every time rocking this girl to sleep, even if it is the 4th time in an hour! So glad AP made it though the night, maybe we will take turns getting some ZZZs.

I am so happy for you! I know what you mean about those blessed nights of sleep! We have had the same issues over the last 8 months that Savannah has been home. I am also on the late night schedule with my party girl.
We go through good and not so good sleep periods. And, she takes very few naps. I have chalked it up to be part of parenthood.
Enjoy the rest when you get it and I hope you like coffee as much as I do!!!!!
