I have SO much to do!

As excited as I am about this trip, I do have to admit that I am a little bit nervous. There are so many details that I have to take care of before I can leave. It's hard to pack when you don't know how long you will be gone! Of course I am praying that we have the speediest resubmit ever and that we are already OUT before I go! I am going to try to pack the smallest amount possible. I know that some of you have seen AP's closet and are thinking, Oh yeah right! All I can say is that baby clothes don't take up as much space as grown up clothes. I talked to Continental last night, and they aren't allowing any extra bags! That means that I can have 2 bags and a carry on. I will just be stuffing stuff in. I can just pay extra if my bags weigh more than the allowed 50 pounds. I am taking the Bumbo, but I am going to buy a walker while I am there, so I will have something else to entertain AP. I will leave that with Carolina when I leave. I have a doctor's appt. in the morning. I am going to get prescriptions for a couple of antibiotics, so I will be prepared if anything jumps on me. Can you guys think of anything else that I may need? Give me thoughts and suggestions.....

we'll go to the store before you leave and get the necessary baby stuff that might help AP get through a minor cold, and don't forget your camera. You know all us people will be wanting LOTS of photos of our darling. That's the MOST necessary thing!!!! =) I'm excited for you that it's time to start planning and packing. It's really getting real!!!!!

What about shots!!! No i'm just kidding!! My kids keep asking me about shots..they are afraid to go to Guatemala because they think they need shots. anyway.....Thanks for the comment. I am hoping it has taken place but shouldn't I hear by now? Ughh, I'm beginning to feel like my case is the longest ever! Oh well! I'm so excited that you get to go and because I haven't been yet I don't know what to recommend. Sorry! Rose

Sounds like you are very prepared. All you really need is a bunch of hugs and kisses for AP from all of her blogger aunts.

Lou,
My husband and I have stayed at Casa Grande on our two past visit trips, we love it. They do have two somewhat scary walkers but once I wiped them down it worked fine! Also if you could bring an unbrella stroller with a visor that is helpful for walking around and when you are trying to eat. You can take that on with your carry on I think. If you have any other questions about Casa Grande let me know, I would be happy to help! Plus our son just got out of PGN last week so we should be staying there while you are down there and we can meet!
Have a great day, isn't God good?!
