The Baby Shower was FANTASTIC!

What a great time I had at my shower! I was surrounded by family and friends who all love Anne Pearce. I had a few fellow Guatemamas with me yesterday.....it's always wonderful to share your joy with other adoptive parents. My dear friends Lisa, Daisy, and Karen hosted my shower at Lisa's house. Lisa and Karen are AP's godmothers "La Madrinas" and Daisy is her honorary aunt. We all had a great time visiting, and I shared some details from our visit trips. One of my friends from church was there with her little boy who is only a few weeks older than AP. We were talking about the PGN ko last week, and she said, "God won't give us a miracle unless it's a surprise!" How true that is. Our PGN miracle is still to come! We had lots of good food and lots of good company. It felt wonderful to celebrate the fact that Anne Pearce will be coming home!!! Cheryl and I have something to share with you all later. We have discussed it and are ready to go public. We're going to get together and post at the same time. Keep checking for some amazing news!

You people asked for pictures! You got them!

This is a horrible picture of me, but look at Kayleigh Ann playing with the paper!
